NORMATIVA DEL RàNQUING AMATEUR (NEW UPDATE)

There will be the following scoring categories in the Amateur Ranking, 1ª, 1ªB, 2ª, 3ª, 4ª and 5ª male and female. The club may create "unofficial" categories in a tournament that will not count in the Amateur Ranking.
A ranking will be established for each category.
The points assigned to each round of the tournament with a brackets format, will be the following:

Champion:

1500 Pts

Finalista:

1000 Pts

Semifinalista:

600 Pts

Quarterfinals:

250 Pts

The categories of game will be determined according to the points that the player has accumulated in the competitions that have played. In this way, the following intervals will be established:

5ª	0 ~ 4999 Punts
4ª	5000 ~ 9999 Punts
3ª	10000 ~ 14999 Punts
2ª	15000 ~ 19999 Punts
1ªB	20000 ~ 24999 Punts
1ª	+25000 Punts

When a player establishes his game category for the first time and has not yet played, he will start with +1,000 points over the level of his category. For example: a 3rd player who enters the Ranking for the first time, will have a total of 11,000 points.
In the matches with format of competition of Round Robing or League, it will be scored according to the number of matches won. Each game won will be obtained a maximum of200 points according to the percentage of effectiveness of the player and the category criteria.
In the matches with format of competition of league + playoff will only score the playoff phase according to the corresponding round
A player will score in a tournament as long as he wins at least one match during the competition.
If a female player participates in a male category, that category will have a higher equivalent value in the female category to compute in the sum of points. Example: a female participates in 3rd male and is equivalent to 2nd female..

For the calculation of the ranking score obtained in a tournament, the following will be taken into account:

Category in which you play	Coefficient
A higher	x1,5 the value of the points obtained according to your result
Two levels above	x1,75 the value of the points obtained according to your result
A lower	x0,5 the value of the points obtained according to your result
In your category	"percentage of effectiveness annual" x the value of the points obtained according to your result
Percentage of effectiveness annual = matches won x 100 / games played for last 365 days. Percentages of effectiveness annual less than 50% are computed as 50%.

A player can register in lower categories if he meets the following requirement: the sum of the points of the couple must be between the intervals of each category.

5ª	0 ~ 9999 Punts

2ª	30000 ~ 39999 Punts
1ªB	40000 ~ 49999 Punts

A player can always register in any category higher than the one he belongs to, getting to score in each case.
The points obtained in a tournament will be added to the total score of the Ranking.
A player never will take points for the ranking if he play in a category below of his own.

The player who does not win any match during the competition will be given the penalty coefficient, which will vary according to the number of consecutive tournaments in which he does not score.

If you play in a higher category There is no penalty

If you play in your category

If you play in a lower category

Penalty for inactivity: every calendar month of inactivity of the player since the last tournament played, a penalty of (5000/12) * No. of months
Loss penalties will not be applied in the first three competitions in which the player participates.
To take a pair as a seed, these two criteria will be taken into account: first the highest score of a player and second, with equal scores, compare the score of the copule.
A player may modify the category to which he belongs until the moment he signs up for a tournament in his profile, since from that moment on it will be blocked and can not be modified.
A player may request the change of category in his profile until the moment he plays his third tournament, from this moment on it will be blocked and can not be modified.
At the end of each calendar year, the game categories will be revised in case there is a case of some type of reorganization, depending on the number of players in that category.
